And by the many thumbtack holes in the paper, you can tell it`s been on my bulletin board for years.ββββββ

It was the day that the VP of Sales for one of the companies I repped cut my business in half. He made light of it telling me it "would be easy to recoup the income."ββββββββββ
ββββββββ
He tried to "sell me," I "knew" better, but I didn`t have a choice at that moment. No Plan B.βπβββ
ββββββββββ
It benefitted the company to do that.βββββββββββ
ββββββββββ
And truth be told...βββββββββ
ββββββββββ
It`s a common thing that happens in sales; especially to top reps.βββββ
ββββββββββ
It was inevitable.βββββββββββ
ββββββββββ
So that day, I wrote, "What`s next?"ββββββββββ
ββββββββββ
I asked The Universe- and I kept going.βββββββββββ
ββββββββββ
The journey unfolded and continues to unfold.βββββββββββ

Everyday, I take steps forward...ββββββββββ
ββββββββββ
I learn.ββββββββββ

I appreciate.ββββββββββ

Being an entrepreneur takes a lot of grit, determination, persistence, rewiring, being, listening to yourself and others, and unfortunately time. βββββββββββ

The intention in sharing this today is to give encouragement to everyone on their journey, no matter what stage you are in!

However, looking back, I realize some missteps and things I have said without a full comprehension of my journey.βββββββ

But now, seeing through a new set of eyes...βββββ

A more developed lense...βββββββ

I clearly see how this zoomed out vision is affecting so many people in the space.ββββββ

The reason why people are feeling how they are feeling...βββββββ

Not manifesting to the timeline they feel they should...βββββββ

Or who they are modeling...βββββββ

Then often feeling defeated, wasting time, resources, and some even throwing in the towel.βββββββ
